The Hillman Tigers stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They breezed by Fairview on the road to the tune of 69-28. Winning may never get old, but Hillman sure is getting used to it with their 12th in a row.
Trenton Taratuta continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted 17 or more points the last 14 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Brenden Rouleau, who scored 13 points along with three steals.
Hillman is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-2 record this season. As for Fairview, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-13.
Hillman will take on Hale at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Fairview, they will head out on the road to face off against Rogers City at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
