In other batting news, Ella Adkins was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. Summerfield's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Junction City, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
