Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Frederick). They breezed past the Okemah Panthers to the tune of 49-8 on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Bombers considering their six-point performance the contest before.

Frederick moved to 2-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Okemah, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Frederick will host Hobart at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bombers will be up against the Bearcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Okemah, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Wynnewood at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th.
