Broadwater Academy hasn't had much luck against Greenbrier Christian Academy recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Vikings will head out to square off against the Gators at 4:30 p.m. Broadwater Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.3 runs per game this season.
Broadwater Academy will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one run on Monday, then bounced right back against Arcadia on Thursday. The Vikings came out on top against the Firebirds by a score of 10-6.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Broadwater Academy has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 8.8 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Greenbrier Christian Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 8 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Broadwater Academy might still be hurting after the 24-0 defeat they got from Greenbrier Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in March. Can the Vikings avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
