Parkwood won the last time they faced Anson and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wolf Pack never let the Bearcats get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Wolf Pack, who have now won eight games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Chloe Purgason tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched.

At the plate, Brinley Parker was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two triples, five RBI, and two runs. Those two triples gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Grayce Marvel, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

Parkwood was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .391. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Parkwood now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Anson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-16.

Coming up, Parkwood will face off against West Stanly at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Wolf Pack's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Colts have averaged an impressive 9.3 runs per game this season. Anson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
