Logan Elm trailed 24-14 with 1 minute, 25 seconds remaining when Holbert threw a 46-yard touchdown to Logan Sheumaker to cut the Zane Trace lead to 24-20.
After the defense got the ball back, Holbert threw completions of 32 and 17 yards to set up the pass to Willison with eight seconds left in the game.
Zane Trace went 12-1 last year and had won its last 15 games during the regular season.
