Despite the defeat, Lake City Community saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Levi Hartman went 10-for-12 to rack up 20 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hartman has scored all season. Dean Brown was another key player, putting up eight points.

Perhaps the best among them was Jeremy Sandoval, who went 9-for-20 en route to 19 points along with seven steals and five rebounds. Lake City Community's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Centennial, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.
