She looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  only one  hit while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Cole has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. Cole was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news, Winchester Community let  Lizzie Frazier and  Allie Campbell loose on the outfield. Frazier  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2, while  Campbell  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-3. Campbell is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Delaney Byrd, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Muncie Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Winchester Community, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 5-3-1 record  this season.
 Muncie Central will be playing in front of their home fans against Wes-Del at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Winchester Community, they will head out on the road to  take on  Cambridge City Lincoln at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday.
