While Reese Heflin delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Fort Bend Christian Academy. Heflin wasn't messing around, striking out eight batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and three unearned) runs off 13 hits (and not a single walk). The pitching appearance was her eighth straight with five or more strikeouts.
