Lawrence has gone a perfect 6-0 against White Pigeon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Tigers will square off against the Chiefs at 4:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 19 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Lawrence and ten for White Pigeon dating back to last season.

Lawrence is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They came up short against Cassopolis on Monday, falling 17-2.

Lawrence saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was David Miller, who scored a run while going 1-for-1. That hit was Miller's first of the season.

Meanwhile, White Pigeon didn't have quite enough to beat Marcellus on Monday and fell 12-11.

Lawrence's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for White Pigeon, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 0-5.

Lawrence came out on top in a nail-biter against White Pigeon in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, sneaking past 10-8. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
