Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gibbs). Everything went their way against the Cumberland Gap Panthers on Monday as they made off with a 14-4 victory. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won four in a row.

Gibbs' victory bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Cumberland Gap, they dropped their record down to 9-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gibbs will take on Carter at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Green Hornets have averaged an impressive 8.9 runs per game this season.
