Grand County's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Trinity Bryant, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Cadence Kasprick was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with nine steals and five rebounds.
Grand County is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for San Juan, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grand County will face off against Duchesne at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Duchesne will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive. As for San Juan, they will head out on the road to challenge Gunnison Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Gunnison Valley has now lost nine straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 7.
