The Fairland Dragons can now show off 15 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 64-22 win over Dawson-Bryant on the road. Winning may never get old, but Fairland sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
Leading Fairland to victory were Bailey Russell and Bree Allen. Russell scored 17 points along with four steals, while Allen scored 19 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Russell hasn't dropped below 15 points for five straight games. Kamryn Barnitz was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Fairland pushed their record up to 18-1 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 48 points. As for Dawson-Bryant, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fairland will take on the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Portsmouth has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 314 points over their last five games. As for Dawson-Bryant, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against the Eagles at 12:00 p.m.
