Timberline is 8-2 against Eagle since November of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Timberline Wolves' road trip will continue as they head out to face the Eagle Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on December 5th. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Saturday, Timberline blew past Highland, posting a 66-28 victory on the road.
Eagle can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They blew past Post Falls 59-38. With Eagle ahead 34-14 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Paige Cofer was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 21 points and 12 rebounds. Porter Wood was another key contributor, scoring 7 points along with 10 rebounds.
The losses dropped Timberline to 3-3 and Highland to 1-6.
Timberline beat Eagle 57-48 when the teams last played back in February. Will Timberline repeat their success, or does Eagle have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
