The Crosby-Ironton Rangers stacked an eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They beat Two Harbors by the very same score they won with last week: 86-65. The victory was just business as usual for Crosby-Ironton, who after 13 games remain undefeated this season.
Crosby-Ironton got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was James Stokman out in front who scored 19 points along with eight assists and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Joey Ringhand, who scored 22 points along with five rebounds.
Crosby-Ironton pushed their record up to 13-0 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Two Harbors, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6.
Crosby-Ironton will look to defend their home court on Monday against Aitkin at 7:15 p.m. Aitkin will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Minnesota Rankings (they are ranked 368th, while Crosby-Ironton is ranked 42nd). As for Two Harbors, they will head out on the road to take on Proctor at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Proctor is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.
