Several Noises players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mackenzie Purdell, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 boards. Purdell has been hot, having posted ten or more rebounds the last five times she's played. Mia Pisciotti was another key player, putting up 15 points.
Even though they lost, Hale Ray smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in five consecutive games.

Hale Ray wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 46-40 victory against Old Saybrook on the 7th. As for Coginchaug Regional, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-41 win against Portland on the 7th.
