The Shoreland Lutheran Pacers waltzed into their contest Thursday with two straight wins but they left with three. They walked away with a 72-62 victory over Kenosha Christian Life. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was William Barris ii, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds. The game was Barris ii's seventh in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Gardner, who scored 15 points along with three steals.
Shoreland Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Kenosha Christian Life, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shoreland Lutheran will take on St. Joseph at 7:00 p.m. on January 5, 2024. As for Kenosha Christian Life, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Francis at 7:15 p.m. on January 5, 2024.
