Parsons waltzed into their match on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Baxter Springs Lions. That's more bragging rights for the Vikings, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Parsons' victory bumped their record up to 21-8. As for Baxter Springs, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 20-11.

Coincidentally, Parsons and Baxter Springs will both be playing Humboldt the next time they take the court. The Lions will head out to face the Cubs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Vikings will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
