North Valleys waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Truckee Wolverines 15-5. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won 16 games by seven runs or more so far this season.

North Valleys got a massive performance out of Karli Klein, who went a perfect 5-for-5 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles. That's the most doubles Klein has posted over her last ten contests. Lillian Hall was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.

North Valleys was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .314 or higher in eight consecutive matchups.

North Valleys pushed their record up to 18-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.7 runs over those games. As for Truckee, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14.

North Valleys does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Truckee, they will face off against Sparks at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Railroaders will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
