 Meanwhile, Northern Durham came up short against  Chapel Hill on Thursday, falling  3-0.
 While Northern Durham was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-19,  25-23.
 Jordan's victory  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 4-10. As for Northern Durham, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-3.
