Mandarin had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Wolfson on Wednesday. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Wolfpack with a sharp 10-0 win. That ten-run margin sets a new team best for the Mustangs this season.

The team relied heavily on MaKayla Oxley, who went 1-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Madison Cady was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Mandarin was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .382. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Wolfson only posted a batting average of .050.
