Sunnyslope found a leader in Miriam Boice as the squad took down Millennium on Wednesday. Boice got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and one double, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Coming up, Boice and Sunnyslope will take on Mohave in a tournament on Friday. The Vikings are a perfect 3-0 against the Thunderbirds going back to April of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
