In other batting news, Emma Blea was incredible, going 1-for-3 with a home run and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Jaelyn Clark, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4.
On Buchanan's side, they saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Grace Dias, who went 1-for-2 with an RBI.
Clovis North has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season. As for Buchanan, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 21-7-1.
