Moses Lake strolled into their game  on Friday with a perfect  record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Davis Pirates 62-18. That's more bragging rights for the Mavericks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
It was another big night for  Brady Jay, who threw for 460 yards and nine  touchdowns while picking up 12.4 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 44 yards. That's the most  passing yards  he has posted since back in September.  Grant Smith was another key player, picking up 72 receiving yards and a pair of  TDs.
 On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Moses Lake's defense and their three sacks. In that department,  Treyson Knowles was the leader with two. He has been hot, having  posted  at least one  sack the last five times he's  played.  Petrah MacKenzie was another major factor on D,  picking up  a  sack and making 12 total tackles (3.0 for loss).
Moses Lake's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Davis, they dropped their record down to 2-7 with the  defeat, which was their fifth straight  at home.
 Moses Lake does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Davis, they will take on Toppenish at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
