Skyline won the last time they faced Dobson and things went their way on Thursday too. The Coyotes were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Mustangs. The result was nothing new for the Coyotes, who have now won eight matchups by nine runs or more so far this season.

Easton Leon looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits.

On the hitting side, Dru Moore was incredible, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Julian Otero was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two RBI and one run.

Skyline hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Dobson struck out seven times.

The win was the fourth in a row for Skyline, bringing their record up to 15-11. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for Dobson, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-19.

Skyline has already played their next contest, a 6-5 loss against West Point on the 26th. As for Dobson, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-1 defeat against Browne on the 28th.
