Adventure Christian extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Josiah Blackwell. The Adventure Christian Warriors managed a 50-44 win over the Pine Hills Adventist Eagles on Monday thanks in part to Blackwell, who posted 18 points in addition to six steals and five boards. His evening made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Tyler Gatling, who went 6 of 10 on his way to 13 points. Adventure Christian pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Adventure Christian will head out to square off against Faith Christian at 7:00 p.m. on January 22nd. Pine Hills Adventist has already played their next match, a 50-19 win against Chesterton Academy of Sacramento on the 16th.
