The White Plains Christian Patriots waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins but they left with four. They strolled past Sheets Memorial Christian with points to spare, taking the game 63-45. That result was just more of the same for these two, as White Plains Christian also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Karter Dykes, who scored 14 points. Another player making a difference was Jude Howell, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
White Plains Christian's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Sheets Memorial Christian, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
White Plains Christian will head out on the road to challenge Mount Calvary Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sheets Memorial Christian, they the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Fellowship Baptist Academy at 5:15 p.m. on January 19th. Fellowship Baptist Academy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Sheets Memorial Christian in North Carolina (Fellowship Baptist Academy is ranked 320th, while Sheets Memorial Christian is ranked 668th).
