Even though Northwest Christian has not done well against Fountain Hills recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Northwest Christian walked away with a 57-45 win over Fountain Hills.
Wickenburg's defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-19. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 28.2 points per game. As for Northwest Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.
