Tygarts Valley's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Ethan Mcgee, who scored 20 points along with six rebounds, and Kaden Moore who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mcgee has scored all season. Malachi Somers was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two steals.
Tygarts Valley has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Clay-Battelle, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-4.
