The Forest Wildcats''s game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They skirted past West Port 17-14. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Forest also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2022.
It was another big night for Vimel Poole, who threw for 120 yards and two touchdowns.
Forest now has a winning record of 5-4. As for West Port, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-4.
Forest will head out on the road to face off against Vanguard at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Vanguard will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive. West Port does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
