Jada Dunkin and Ericka Sheridan were among the main playmakers for Detroit Cristo Rey as the former dropped a double-double on 15 points and 17 rebounds and the latter scored 23 points along with seven rebounds. That makes it eight consecutive games in which Sheridan has scored at least a third of Detroit Cristo Rey's points.
Academy of the Sacred Heart pushed their record up to 7-6 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Detroit Cristo Rey, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.
Academy of the Sacred Heart didn't have too much breathing room in their match against the WOLVES when the teams last played back in January, but they still walked away with a 36-31 victory.
