On Saturday, Quality Education Academy earned a 53-46 win over Terry Sanford.
Despite the loss, Terry Sanford still got an impressive performance from Breonna Roaf, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. Roaf has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaidiah Blake, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.
Quality Education Academy's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Terry Sanford, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5.
Quality Education Academy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Winston Prep at 6:00 p.m. As for Terry Sanford, they will head out on the road to challenge Triton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Triton will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 217th, while Terry Sanford is ranked 35th).
