Basketball Recap: White Knoll Piles Up the Points Against Indian Land

While White Knoll didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-22), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Indian Land Warriors 55-24. The Timberwolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 23 points or more this season.

White Knoll's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Emory Waters-Inman, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 boards. Another player making a difference was Shaelyn Hayes, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.

White Knoll smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Indian Land only pulled down 11 offensive rebounds.

Indian Land lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Variellis Vega- Soto, who posted nine points. Emily Callahan was another key player, putting up five points and six rebounds.

White Knoll has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.4 points per game. As for Indian Land, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-5.

White Knoll wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 41-37 win against Huss on the 21st. As for Indian Land, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 33-31 loss against Spartanburg on the 21st.
