Lincoln won the last time they faced Bloomington and things went their way on Thursday too. The Lincoln Railsplitters secured a 61-56 W over the Bloomington Purple Raiders. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Railsplitters.

Several Purple Raiders players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Sosi Dadekian, who posted eight points and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Tina Lenard, who earned 14 points.

Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 16-11. As for Bloomington, their loss dropped their record down to 15-10.

Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 73-22 win against Decatur Eisenhower on the 8th. As for Bloomington, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 38-28 defeat against Richwoods on the 8th.
