After having lost a blowout in their  previous game, Hastings was happy to have turned things around  on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Pawling Tigers by a score of  10-6. The high-scoring effort was just what the Yellow Jackets needed considering they were shut out in their previous   match.

  Kieran McGrath was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with one  home run, six  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  six  RBI gave  him a new career-high.  Charlie Richardson was another key player,  scoring three  runs and  stealing five bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
The  win  got Hastings back to even at 4-4. As for Pawling, their  loss was their first of the  season and  makes their record 2-1.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hastings will challenge Edgemont at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Yellow Jackets are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on  a  five-game losing streak. As for Pawling, they will host Millbrook  at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday.
