With a playoff game on the line, the Fairfax Lions rose to the challenge on Saturday. They snuck past the Chancellors with a 20-14 victory. The victory was familiar territory for Fairfax who now have four in a row.
Fairfax's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ivan Levant, who threw for 291 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Issac Andrews and his 103 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Fairfax's win.
Fairfax is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Chatsworth, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.
Fairfax does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Chatsworth also has no future games currently scheduled.
