Superior dropped down to 4-2 on Friday, ending the team's four-game streak of wins. They lost to the Seeley-Swan Blackhawks on the road  by a   56-42 margin. The Bobcats lost against the Blackhawks in their previous head to head  back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the  66-22 score last time.
 Despite the loss, Superior still got an impressive performance from   Turner Milender, who picked up 65 receiving yards and one  score, and also rushed for 49 yards.
As for Seeley-Swan, the  victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. Those  wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 59.3 points this season.
 Seeley-Swan had a senior duo take command as  Blake Irwin threw for 285 yards and four  TDs on only 19 passes and  Quinlan McClure rushed for 154 yards and a pair of  touchdowns on only 14 carries. McClure's longest rush was for an impressive 60 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. The team also got some help courtesy of  Talon Good, who rushed for 65 yards and one  score on only six carries.
