Chaley Covelli.
The victory was the sixth in a row for Geneva, bringing their record for this year to 14-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those six matches. As for Victory Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-5-4.
Geneva will head out on the road to square off against Santa Fe Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Santa Fe Catholic is on a three-game streak of home wins, Geneva a five-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the pitch.
