Beaumont School fell just short of Lake Catholic by a score of 27-25. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Beaumont School has scored all season.
Beaumont School's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mackenizie Callender, who scored six points along with seven rebounds.
Beaumont School's defeat dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Lake Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 8-12.
Beaumont School will be playing in front of their home fans against Richmond Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lake Catholic, they will head out on the road to face off against Lutheran West at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
