Even though the Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs scored an imposing 67 points on Monday, the Bountiful RedHawks still came out on top. Bountiful walked away with a 79-67 win over Judge Memorial Catholic. The win made it back-to-back wins for Bountiful.
It was another big night for Carson Smith, who scored 31 points along with nine rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Charlie Smith, who scored 13 points along with six assists and five rebounds.
Judge Memorial Catholic lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jj Apathjang, who scored 21 points along with six rebounds. Apathjang has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Aaydan Saucedo, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Bountiful is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

As for Judge Memorial Catholic, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Summit Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Summit Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Wednesday.
