Freehold Boro had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Monmouth Regional Falcons with a sharp 11-3 win. The Colonials not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 31st (when they won 18-5).

The victory got Freehold Boro back to even at 9-9. As for Monmouth Regional, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-9 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Freehold Boro will square off against Lakewood at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. The Piners have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.67 runs per game on average), something the Colonials will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Monmouth Regional, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Neptune at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
