The Warren Warriors will head out on the road to square off against the Stevens Falcons at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Stevens took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Warren, who comes in off a win.
Warren can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They blew past O'Connor 3-0. The win was just what Warren needed coming off of a 4-0 loss in their prior game.
They hit O'Connor with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Alex Delossantos-Ortiz,
Brian Guevara, and
Jayden Robles.
Meanwhile, Stevens' recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fifth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-0 to Brennan, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.
Warren's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those eight contests. As for Stevens, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost ten of their last 12 matches, which lines up perfectly with their 1-13-2 record this season.
