In what's become a running theme this season, the Rosamond Roadrunners gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 75-48 win over Kern Valley at home. The victory was just what Rosamond needed coming off of a 71-49 defeat in their prior contest.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rosamond to victory, but perhaps none more so than Fabian Robles, who scored 19 points. Another player making a difference was Jonathan Aguirre, who scored 17 points.
Kern Valley lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Colton Carver, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Carver has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Shiloh Galvan, who scored 17 points along with five assists.
Rosamond has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season. As for Kern Valley, they dropped their record down to 6-13 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.
Rosamond will face off against Desert at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Rosamond is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 64.8 points per game this season. Kern Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
