Jac-Cen-Del lost against Southwestern back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jac-Cen-Del Eagles took a 72-57 bruising from the Southwestern Rebels. The Eagles' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Southwestern's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Landon Kidwell, who dropped a double-double on 28 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance gave Kidwell a new career-high in points. Brady Cook was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 17 points and nine assists.

Jac-Cen-Del's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Southwestern, their victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Jac-Cen-Del will venture away from home to challenge Loogootee at 12:30 p.m. on December 28th. Jac-Cen-Del knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Loogootee likes a good challenge. As for Southwestern, they will be playing at home against Clarksville at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Southwestern is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 62.8 points per game this season.
