Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances across Friday and Saturday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!
Jordin Thomas Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Lincoln got the W thanks in part to Jordin Thomas playing the best football he has all season. Thomas rushed for 207 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.5 yards per carry. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in November of 2023. He is becoming a predictor of Lincoln's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 3-1 (and 1-4 when he doesn't).
Lodi's probably not too fond of Thomas given he always seems to get the better of them. When Thomas last faced the Flames back in October of 2023, he rushed for 220 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.2 yards per carry, and also picked up 38 receiving yards.
