The Wilcox Central Jaguars's four-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They blew past Shields, posting a 54-16 victory on the road. The victory was just what Wilcox Central needed coming off of a 45-0 defeat in their prior contest.
Orlando Jackson went supernova for Wilcox Central, rushing for 230 yards and four touchdowns on only eight carries. Jackson really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run. Jamarius Packer also deserves a shout-out for his three touchdowns.
Wilcox Central's win bumped their record up to 2-8. As for Shields, they bumped their record down to 0-10 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.
Wilcox Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Shields also has no future games currently scheduled.
