Morrice's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-4. As for Genesee, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Morrice will face off against New Standard Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in New Standard Academy's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season. Genesee's road trip will continue as they head out to face Brown City at 6:00 p.m. on December 21st.
