Havre took down Dawson 33-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Dane Warp threw for 166 yards and ran for 57 yards during the win.
The Blue Ponies made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,425 from 10,949. The improvement came about via a 33-0 victory over the Red Devils last week.
Havre's dynamic duo of Warp and Thomas Gruber proved tough for Dawson to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Parker Filius helped Havre's passing attack out by catching 5 balls for 55 yards.
Jason Christenson's team's dynamic duo of Warp and Gruber proved to be unstoppable against the Red Devils, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Warp put up the best numbers in passing as the Blue Ponies bested Dawson. Warp's favorite target this week was Gruber, who caught 2 passes for 60 yards.
Gruber was the best receiver in Central A this week as Havre topped the Red Devils.
Brayden Konkol was the most successful running back in the league this week. He ran for 135 yards on 22 carries as Belgrade defeated Dawson. Teammate Trevor Mahn added to the ground attack by rushing for 69 yards.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Havre's Warp and Gruber have proven to be a lethal combination. Warp has thrown for 876 yards this season, while Gruber has 14 catches for 291 yards. Konkol from the Panthers leads the league in rushing with 522 yards.
Fans will be thrilled by an exciting game in the secondary when the Blue Ponies' Gruber goes up against Park's Cade McComber.
Next week's game between Havre and the Rangers will feature an aerial matchup as Warp tests his arm against McComber's defensive ability.
An important game coming up in Central A this week will be when Belgrade takes on Fergus. Eric Kinnaman's team is currently in first, while the Golden Eagles are in fifth.
