There's no place like home for Plainfield Central, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Tuesday. They walked away with  a   2-0  victory over the Joliet Central Steelmen  on Thursday. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Steelmen recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive  win against them.
 Plainfield Central got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 30-28,  25-9.
 Jaden Frankiewicz paced Plainfield Central's offense, picking up ten kills. Frankiewicz got some help from  Vincent Trevino and his 16 assists.  Tyler Mohlman controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
