Even though the Anderson HomeSchool SONS scored an imposing 63 points on Tuesday, Noble-Whitley Warriors still came out on top. Noble-Whitley Warriors managed a 67-63 victory over Anderson HomeSchool. The win made it back-to-back wins for Noble-Whitley Warriors.
It was another big night for Colt Kirkpatrick, who dropped a double-double on 35 points and ten rebounds. The match was his 12th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Caidyn Berna, who scored 12 points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
Anderson HomeSchool lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kailani McCloud, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 13 rebounds. The match was McCloud's 13th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bennett Long, who scored 17 points.
Even though they lost, Anderson HomeSchool were working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Noble-Whitley Warriors only racked up seven assists.
Noble-Whitley Warriors now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Anderson HomeSchool, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
